SuperMicro install - will not boot

This is a brand new install.
I configured it off-site, shut it down & then moved it to the client's site.
Now, it will not boot, it is stuck here.
How can I troubleshoot? (see attached screenshot)

10 minutes later, it has now finished booting.

Do you know which part kept it from booting faster ?
Where was he hanging ?
