DynFi Manager: Display Netgate appliance model

Feature Request:
If Netgate Hardware, display Netgate appliance model, either on or on both of the following:
Devices overview screen in a column
Under a Device on Status Page
Under a Device on Info page

Hi Greg, do you think this will be something that can be added/incorporated ?

This can probably be done, but you can also use naming of device to add this into the name of your devices…
Just an idea.
