ntopng keeps dropping off

i try to use ntopng and it keeps dropping off, it starts with out no problem when you start it in dashboard but shuts off after few seconds. do you guys have any ideas what might be the problem which causes this?

Have you checked the userguide located here: https://dynfi.com/documentations/dynfi- ... redis.html

Did you enable redis before trying to start ntop ?
Is nprobe also started ?
